     My name is Joe Saintz.. I have been working in the construction field for over 25 years. Throughout my experience, I have strived to achieve excellence and learn all new concepts that approach the market. I not only supervise all projects, but I am a carpenter by trade. I am the crew leader for the framing crew. I personally layout the house and take responsibility to make sure everything is level, plumb and squared.  I work right along side each employee and subcontractor. I am the leader carpenter on the trim crew, siding crew, both cedar and vinyl, hardy plank, etc. We do our own roofing. I personally install the hardwood floors and cabinetry, both custom and manufactured.

    I believe that quality work should be at the foremost of attention of each project I take.

    I will only work with sub-contractors that hold these same beliefs.
